Welcome to Genesee Valley Region History Day
The Genesee Valley Region Contest takes place on March 2, 2019 at the Genesee Country Village & Museum. Check-In and Set Up are from 8:15 am-9:00 am with judging commencing at 9:15 am. GCV&M is located at 1410 Flint Hill Road in Mumford, NY. Check out the museum's website for directions.

Registration: Once your teacher has created their account you can begin creating your own account. When you registered, you should select your teacher's name. This will connect the two accounts and give your teacher access to your registration information.
You will add the information for your entry when they register. If you are working in a group you will either create an entry or link to a group project that your teammate has already created. The first student in a group will create the entry. When that info is saved, the entry is given a “team key,” a unique number code. That student will then give the “team key” to the other group members. The following group members will begin a student account and will enter the “team key” for their entry. Doing so will bring up the title and description for their entry that was filled out by the group member who created the entry. They confirm and are then linked to the entry.
Teachers need to create their accounts first before students can. Once they are done, instruct students to create their own student accounts. During the student registration, students select their teacher and this will connect thw two accounts, giving teachers access to their students' registration information.
